2012-DateCaswell Capital Partners (Ghana) Limited is established in Accra, Ghana.

Caswell Capital Partners, LLC, New York.

Inspired by the recent economic and political gains in Ghana, Wall Street veteran Judith Aidoo establishes a new financial advisory firm to advise and invest in Africa after a 10 year hiatus.


2001-2012 Caswell Communications Inc, and Caswell Capital Partners, New York.

A US media and entertainment holding and investment company is established with holdings in radio broadcasting; television syndication; satellite tv installation; publishing; and feature film and Broadway theater production. The company’s key assets and significant transactions included:

Co-managed a $200MM hedge fund that targeted SMEs, particularly those in media and entertainment

Associated and produced Bridge and Tunnel Broadway play that was both profitable and won a Special Tony award for the lead actor’s performance.

An investment advisory firm was started by Judith to focus on capital markets and structured finance in Africa. Select transactions of the firm included:

arrow_right_alt1Advised the Nairobi based PTA Bank for Eastern and Southern Africa on the establishment of a $500MM asset backed commercial paper program that made history by garnering the highest possible short term credit ratings from Standard & Poor’s and Fitch Investor Service for an African related special purpose vehicle.
